Dave Hebert, also known as Dave A’Bear, will continue its mission to perpetuate the musical legacy of the Jerry Garcia Band while touring his well renowned A Bear’s Choice concept during three November concerts on the Big Island.
Performances are slated 8 p.m. Nov. 12 at Laverne’s Sports Bar in Kailua-Kona; 9 p.m. Nov. 13 at Hilo Town Tavern; and Nov. 14 at 4 p.m. at Tiki Mama’s in Ocean View.
Hebert has spent his musical career in many genres, including rock, reggae, folk, blues, and bluegrass. Currently a resident of Denver, Colo., he works on his many different musical projects. When not touring with Melvin Seals and JGB, he performs with many original bands of his own creation.
Tickets for the Chuck DeLeonardis Presents shows are currently available through www.holdmyticket.com. The shows will be $10 in advance and $14 at door.
